Glomac Berhad has successfully organised a briefing session on the Housing Integrated Management System (HIMS) for its team. Developed by the Ministry of Housing and Local Government (KPKT), HIMS is a comprehensive system that streamlines application, monitoring, enforcement, and data collection processes. It enables developers to apply for their Developer License (DL) and Advertising Permit (AP) separately, all within a single platform.

The insightful session was led by En. Nur Amzari bin Azemi, Director of Housing Development Licensing Division KPKT and attended by team members from various departments, including Sales, Marketing, Project, Finance, Sales Admin, Sales Management, Legal, and Liaison. En. Zulkifly Garib, our Chief Operating Officer (Operations), was also present to join the discussion.
