Admin Assistant

Responsibilities

  1. To generate quarterly billing of maintenance / Sinking fund from the system
  2. Responsible to receive collection from the residents, issues receipt, prepare billing and produce ageing reports.
  3. Perform all administrative works

 

Qualification/Competency

  1. Candidates must possess minimum SPM/STPM
  2. Computer literate especially in Microsoft Office applications.
  3. Good communication skill in Bahasa Melayu and English
